Q.How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → select "Celestial Tune" → tap "Cancel Subscription". Please complete cancellation at least 24 hours before the next renewal date.
Q.How do I reset my data?
You can delete all data from "Settings → Reset Data" in the app. Uninstalling the app will also automatically delete all data.
Q.What if I don't know my birth time?
A basic Energy Score can still be calculated without a birth time. Adding your birth time enables more precise information such as your Ascendant and Houses.
Q.What devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad running iOS 16 or later.
Q.Is the score based on scientific evidence?
Celestial Tune is an entertainment and lifestyle app. The scores are based on astrological traditions, not scientific or medical evidence.
