Article 1 — Overview

  1. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of Celestial Tune ("the App") provided by Dibell LLC ("we").
  2. The App is an entertainment and lifestyle application based on astrological traditions.
  3. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2 — Usage Requirements

  1. The App is intended for users aged 13 and older.
  2. A device running iOS 16 or later is required.

Article 3 — Subscriptions

  1. Price: Pro ¥900/month (tax included) / Expert ¥2,400/month (tax included)
  2. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew through your Apple ID. They will renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  3. Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from "Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions".
  4. Refunds: Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.

Article 4 — Disclaimer

  1. The App is NOT a medical device.
  2. All scores, interpretations, and analyses provided by the App are entertainment based on astrological traditions.
  3. They should not be interpreted as medical, legal, or financial advice.
  4. Please consult a healthcare professional for any medical concerns.

Article 5 — Intellectual Property

  1. All intellectual property rights in the App belong to us or the rightful owners.
  2. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the App's content without prior written permission.

Article 6 — Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
  2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
